She’s the founder and creative lead behind The Rumour Mill Creative — a collective built on the belief that marketing is both an art and a science. What started as a one-woman consultancy has grown into something really special. A carefully curated team. A trusted network. She’s brilliant at spotting opportunities to grow an audience and build a brand, and her calm, methodical approach means nothing gets missed. From planning content calendars to editing episodes and writing blogs, Louise keeps everything moving behind the scenes.

Lewis Brown

Lewis is our Lead Designer with over a decade of experience turning pixels into polished, purposeful design. Armed with a degree in graphic design and arts, he brings a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of what makes visual branding work. From logos and brand identity to digital assets and layouts, Lewis creates designs that not only look great but feel right for each client.
He has a real knack for capturing a brand’s voice visually and crafting designs that stand out for all the right reasons — it’s no surprise his work has helped clients win industry awards.
When he’s not busy playing with pixels, you’ll find Lewis zooming around on his longboard, pumping iron at the gym, meticulously painting Warhammer miniatures, or chilling with his loyal dachshund sidekick.
